Project Notes:

The material palette for the project includes brick with stone accents, wood windows, dimensional shingles and wrought iron railings. The main level chapter room feels light and airy with a bank of three large French doors that open onto the covered patio. Large windows on the front of the house allow views and light to penetrate through the parlor into the chapter room. A large upper level balcony provides the residents with a private outdoor retreat.
